I like the Nars Aqua-Infused Makeup Removing Water which is more water than a gel from the description. I use a cotton pad and gently smooth over my eyes, face, and throat after a commute and to remove my makeup, but it is just that - to remove makeup and grime. I follow this with a toner and cleanser as it is not a substitute for cleaning my face for the next moisturising stage if that makes sense!.

Aqua infused make up remover
I bought this because the make up that I have is Nars and I decided to go with the same make of remover. I find it very useful for it does not need anything more to remove the make up. It is great at doing this. I usually read the instructions which seemed very easy to understand.

Not the best
It’s a gel texture, so I was expecting something amazing compared to micellar water but it didn’t perform. I had to double cleanse with another cleaner to get everything off. It’s gets rid of light makeup like powder but not eye makeup or foundation very easily. A drugstore makeup remover performs better than this, so it’s overpriced for what it is.

It’s ok
I would say this makeup remover is gentle yet not so effective with eye makeup. It did not remove all my mascara. I double cleanse anyway which isn’t too much of an issue but I’d rather it took it all off first. The packaging looks really sleek. I love the jelly liquid texture to this though.
