Good gift

I bought this as part of a christmas present for my dad as he loves Aesop and thought this was a great product for the winter. I know he often gets dry lips and has said this has helped them. However I would say I don’t think it’s anything too special and performance wise I wouldn’t say it’s any better than your average chapstick. Although it is a lovely gift as it’s a bit more luxurious and he loves it

Best Use: Hydrating

Didn’t do a lot for me

Sadly this didn’t do a great deal for my lips. It wasn’t very moisturising and I was underwhelmed with both the consistency and fragrance. I wouldn’t purchase again and have reverted back to my old faithful lip balm. At least the packaging is chic, I guess!

Chapstick did a better job.

This stuff made my chapped lips worse. After using almost a whole tube in a couple weeks, I switched and they got better quickly. Being my first product from Aesop, I am not very impressed. I may try other products, but this will not be a repeat purchase.

Not bad, not great

This lip balm is okay. It’s not a bad lip balm but it’s very light and, unfortunately, not enough for chapped lips in the winter. I’ll try again in the summer but if you need a lot of moisture, this is not the one to go for. Not worth the price really

Great moisture

This lip salve by aesop is one of my personal favourites. I find this product is very nourishing to my lips without leaving a greasy look. This salve locks in moisture and keeps my lips smooth throughout the winter. The packaging is a sleek compact tube which i find very easy to fit in my coat pocket and take around with me. Would defiantly reccomend.
