Can be consumed daily by adding 10 drops (5mL) into your favourite drink or food.
Can also be applied on your skin as a beauty oil. Apply 1 to 2 drops directly onto face, after your moisturizer, for an extra boost of skin nutrition.

Nice but pricey
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and am enjoying trying it.A little goes a long way.Im sure I would buy again but the price is a bit high.Lovely oil sinks straight into skin.I would advise you to try.Ill certainly be buying again.Might try others in range

My skin loves it
I use it externaly and its effects are really visible only after using it one week! My face and neck's skin loves it, it's so moisturizing! I love its texture. I'll have to try it in my food but think it takes more time to see the effects, it seems healthy, so why not

Nice but so pricey
This is a gorgeous, gorgeous oil, that sunk right into my skin and left it glowy. Love that it's vegan, but looking at the price and the ingredients I don't know if I could justify buying again. It feels lush and my skin just drank it up but I'd probably just make something similar when I need more facial oil.
