Overpriced
I received a deluxe sample of Dr Barbara Strum LIFTING SERUM and was excited to try on my aging facial wrinkles. The lifting serum had a nice texture and feel on my skin, but didn't do a lot to minimize my facial wrinkles. I noticed a minimal temporary reduction in wrinkles, but not enough to justify the price.

Good
I love all Barbara's serums, including the lifting one. Purchasing this serum I didn't expect any lifting results but it gives really great hydration. No problems using it under make up. Lovely texture too but sorry, Barbara, it is too overpriced so I won't purchase it again.

Not a good serum at all
I received the Dr. Barbara Sturm Lifting Serum as a Deluxe Birthday Gift. At first i was really surprised it was one of the BG options since it is so expensive. I really had high expectations with it but unfortunatelly i did not like it at all. It did nothing with my fine lines and wrinkles. Did not give any lifting effect at all. What it did was dry my skin a lot so the fine lines were even more visible. So i really had to stop using it. The only thing i like about it is that it is a cruelty free product.

Doesn’t do anything
I used a whole bottle of this and saw……nothing. Maybe it hydrated my skin a little bit, but didn’t seem to do anything else, either as an immediate effect or having used it daily for a few months. It had a nice texture and applied really easily, but that is about all I can say that is positive.

Great before an event
This lifting serum is great before an event - you can actively feel it tightening not long after application. It also sits well under makeup. I keep it in the fridge for additional de-puffing and cooling effects. I have taken one star off simply due to the price. It is a high quality product and I love most of the Sturm products, however for that amount I prefer to buy something with additional skincare properties.
