Works but not fast
I had two hyperpigmentation spots on my face, the one being a two years old postacne and the other one being a three years old sun spot. I've tried lots of skincare products, vitamin C, AHA and retinol to name a few but none of them helped. And this serum did! But it took two bottles and five months to get an effect. I also read that tranexamic acid helps with melasma too, so if you have one of these three kinds of pigmentation you should definitely give it a try. But be patient.

Not sure I'm seeing much difference
I already use Paula's retinol so I'm not massively sure this extra serum is doing a great deal. Is a much thinner fluid than the retinol, understandably. I have been using it about 2 weeks so maybe in another month I'll have a better idea but I wouldn't say this is bursting out of the bottle with immediate effects.

Awesome product
I have been using this product for over 7 weeks. Still on my first bottle, the difference between the first week and now has been magnificient. I'm really glad I got this. This is the first product to work well to fade the darkspots on my face. Definitely recommend. The feel and texture is great. I love how it dries up fast too. It is a great product for oily skin.

Didn’t work for me
I love Paulas choice product.! They are amazing multi tasking.! I have many favourites from them.! But this one did nothing to my pigmentation.! I gave almost 6months time no changes.! May be i would need something more stronger.! It didn’t worsen my situation like didn’t give me acne or anything just worked like normal serum.!
