Before tweezing the brows, brush them upward and outward with a grooming brush such as the Laura Mercier Brow Grooming Brush. Tweeze any stray hairs located under the brow and between the brows to expand and clean up the area between the eyes and eyebrows. Do not over-tweeze, as eyebrows tend to grow slowly.
