Rated 3 out of 5 by from Didn’t notice any effect When the bottle arrived you could immediately feel its smell even through the package so strong it was! Its fragrance is natural and comes from esssential oils which the gel is composed of. But contrary to my expectations when applied to the skin the fragrance disappeared almost immediately. As to the gel itself it is transparent, if you massage it in well it quickly absorbs and dries without sticky residue. I didn’t notice much effect of this gel but I also perhaps haven’t given it a fair try using it more as a toning body lotion rather than a post-workout muscle treatment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice texture, soothing, nice smell It has all that a massage gel should have. Unless you expect a miracle or an ibuprofen cream, than this is as good as it gets for me. It soothes without causing any other sensations, no tingling no warming... It does not leave a greasy residue, and the smell is nice (although unisex, so more manly I would say- but that is just a personal preference). If only someone would make hers and his muscle gel:-) Good product overall.

She suffers from sore joints and muscles, and she has bath oil from this brand so it seemed like a no-brainer. I was right, she loves the smell and the gel helps with her pain, making her feel more comfortable. She enjoys the texture and says it’s not sticky. It relaxes her and makes her feel better so I’m really chuffed. A bit pricey but it’s a nice big bottle and looks like it will last a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from De-Stress Muscle Gel I have been using this for over a year now. It was working great on an old ankle injury, then I went and broke that ankle & leg again. Once the plastercasts were off & surgery scares healed I started to reuse the muscle gel morning & night. Once with Covid post, I ran out of Gel & I really noticed a difference in my ankle on a morning when getting out of bed & putting my foot to the floor. It works in a strange way ..... you do not feel any benefits from using but you realise it’s working when you’re don’t use it and you get aches&pain! I find it doesn’t work for every pain eg. I put it on my shoulder pain but it didn’t work, it did work on my broken elbow pain tho. Maybe it’s those joint pains that need warmth that it works best. Also I do believe I sleep a little better if I leave the gel on my hands after massaging into my ankle & elbow at bed time. All I know is I panic when I’m running low on gel until the next batch arrive. I wish I could purchase a larger bottle as I have now used twice daily for a year and the 150ml tubes last about a month - for me, I am sure it would be more economical & user-friendly if I could buy a 500ml or 1l bottle. Yes it’s quite costly but it works better than any other 12hr gel products on my spots, so it’s worth it to me.
