    Rated 1 out of 5 by from New formula not so great I have been using this for years and swore by it. The new formula i have now bought 2 or 3 time and i dislike the taste. I also don't think it works the same way am actively seeking a replacement product.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Clumpy After trying to get this down, I gave up---I think there is just to much psyllium in this product, which makes it very hard to mix and dissolve. I am now taking New Zealand wheatgrass and a magnesium supplement and that is working wonders and for a lot less money too! The wheatgrass also has lots of naturally occuring vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants too as an added bonus.

I tried mixing it with various quantities of milk and water but all resulted in an unpalatable lumpy gunge which I ended up throwing out. I am very disappointed as the original formula tasted fine and was very effective. Definitely not a change for the better!

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does the job - tastes horrible & tendency to be lumpy I bought this while doing the Clean & Lean 12 day diet. When I first opened the packet it did smell nice and thought it may be a treat. First time round I tried to mix it with milk and ended up with a lumpy mess which I downed while holding my nose. Eventually I found that mixing it with about 150ml cold water and drinking quickly after is the best way to prepare the drink. I did send an email to their website asking for advice on how to prepare the drink but did not get a response. Anyway, I would not recommend this product given the price, lack of support and taste. I am sure a cheaper alternative is available.
