It is a fine mist which smells of gorgeous essential oils of lavender, camomile and vetivert which are encapsulated in spheres which burst and release aromas as you turn in your sleep and are so soporific. In addition it is an overnight hair beautifier which conditions and leaves the hair moisturised and shiny on waking - no more static dry bed head! Go to sleep and wake up with better hair - magic!

The smell is beautiful, almost like perfume, and is so relaxing. I have very sensitive skin, and this does not irritate it at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Lots from Lovely hair treatment I can’t hugely get on with the pillow spray in this range, but having received a sample of this I really liked how my hair looked the next morning - easy to style and healthy. Having purchased it I use it the night after washing to give my hair a bit more life the following day, and the supposed sleep benefits are an added bonus.
