How to Apply

Your candle will burn clean and evenly down to the bottom of the glass if you burn it for at least two hours the first time - or until the whole top is liquid with wax. After blowing out your candle, centre and straighten the wick. Trim the wick to about half a centimetre long before relighting the candle. By shortening the wick you allow it to burn more slowly and avoid unsightly black smoke marks around the edge of the glass. Do not place the candle in a wind draught or directly on a glass or marble surface. Never leave a lit candle unattended. Never move or tip a lit candle. Keep out of reach of children.

Rated 5 out of 5 by luciarosa from DELIGHTFUL HOME SCENT I bought Tubereuse as it is the base note to my favourite Diptyque perfume, Do Son. Much like the perfume, it is a soft, creamy floral which is comforting and homely. It's a very clean smell without having the acerbic tones of manufactured "fresh linen" or other similar smells made for the house. The relation to my perfume makes me feel that my "signature scent" is extended into my home. The larger size Diptyque candles are always great value for money as their smell fills the room even when unlit, so they last a really long time and I don't find that the scent ages or wears out like other candles. Once I've worked my way through them, I like to keep the jars as pencil pots or in my bathroom to hold cotton wool etc.

Would highly recommend Diptyque to anyone and everyone. Perfect for the bathroom, a corridor, living room and bedroom. Even the kitchen, to get rid of cooking smells.

It’s soft and sensual and gives the room such a luxurious scent, it smells richly floral and feminine without smelling girly. I had the smaller size and it still filled my house with a lovely fragrance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tyler from Great if you love tuberose. I personally am a huge floral fan. Tuberose is one of my favourite flowers and notes. This candle is gorgeous as it's tuberose done in the most beautiful way. It's not too heady or strong. Tuberose done badly can smell awful but this is gorgeous and clean. As with all Diptyque candles this burns evenly, cleanly and smells so luxurious and expensive. Highly recommend during spring time and the summer. Crack a window open and light this and just feel amazing!
