Surratt Halograms are a cascade of duochrome eyeshadows in six shimmery shades that can be used individually or combined for a prismatic effect.

Ingredients

After applying Dark Matter or Light Matter, top with one of our duochrome shadows, the result is like the prismatic effect of oil on water.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Aidagda from Stunning I have bought Ultraviolet and it is simply stunning, the softest and most delicate pressed pigment with a duocrome effect that leave a veil of beauty on the skin without a cream base, like fairy dust, and intensifies when used over a cream. The price is the reason I have not given it 5 stars, as the size is tiny. But I confess I am tempted by the other shades. Ultraviolet has super fine violet, pink and blue shimmer (no glitter or anything chunky).

Very worthy Cosmos is super wearable for all the times Nebula is a pretty disco blue if you wanna pop off bright and neon at a lower pace, really like it!
