Hourglass Film Noir Full Spectrum Mascara is a full spectrum mascara that volumises, lengthens, conditions and separates lashes for dramatic results. The formula delivers glossy and reflective lashes for beautiful eyes that get noticed. Added polymers help the mascara to adhere to lashes and prevents fading and smudging. Pro-vitamin B5, natural vegetable oils and beeswax condition and hydrate the lashes.

Hourglass Film Noir Full Spectrum Mascara has a unique pinwheel of bristles that separate, volumise and lengthen lashes for a fuller look. Pro-vitamin B5 binds to the lashes on contact, helping to thicken and add volume.

For maximum volume, apply a second coat before the first coat dries. Each stroke increases volume easily, without clumping. If you dab some on your eyelid, simply let dry for easy removal with a cotton swab. If curling lashes after applying mascara, wait until the formula has dried completely. Use a lash curler at the base of the lashes to create a gentle curl.
