Rated 4 out of 5 by ohbananas from Great idea - could do with extra nibs None of the individual parts are anything to write home about, but the fact that they're all there in one compact unit is the selling point. It's a fantastic bit of kit to have in your bag just in case. The cuticle push in the lid is a bit redundant for me. The file works in emergencies but leaves you reaching for something more robust as soon as you get home. The nail polish remover is a good strength so actually lifts away spills. The nibs get soiled after a few uses and depending on the polish you've used, can end up transferring onto skin. I found the lid for the spare nibs kept coming off, so the nibs were rolling about in my bag and got a bit fluffy. BUT with all that said, I'm going to buy another one - it's an SOS kit after all and when it's an SOS situation, I want to have one around!

Rated 4 out of 5 by _raven_ from Good manicure tool I do my nails by myself twice a week. I have gotten pretty good at painting my left hand but the right always ends up looking a little messy. This sos pen has been a saviour I needed. It is great at removing excess nail polish and is easy to use. One disadvantage is that it gets a buts dirty after a few uses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Loubielou32 from At last, nail pen that works I think I’ve tried every brand that has made one of these and quite honestly they have been rubbish. What I like about this is that the actual Nails Inc polish remover is better than so many other brands, so having that in this pen makes a big difference to its efficacy. The file is good for running repairs (although I use Tweezerman nail clippers normally - much kinder) and I always carry a cuticle treatment in my bag so the pusher is useful too. I was sceptical but I like having such a portable product and having the replacement nibs in the pen is great - I’m that person who puts such items in a safe place but can never remember where that is when I need them. All in all it’s handy, portable and neat which I love but the biggest bonus is it works. If you prefer to do your own manicure it’s definitely better than dipping a cotton bud in remover (I always manage to remove far too much). Another winner!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Chardy from More professional finish Does exactly what it says. Brilliant for nail polish correction and has extra nibs so lasts for a long time. A little pricey for what you can achieve with some cotton and a cuticle stick, but I suppose the convenience of this makes it worth the money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Sam56 from Ok This sos nail pen does do the job extremely well on first few uses. It cleans away all the excess polish when you haven’t been as neat as you would have liked. For those first few uses it is incredible but and it’s a big but, like all the other brands that make these, the pen picks up the nail colour so once you’ve used it a few times you end up wiping colour around your fingers.
