How to Apply

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dosnt remove makeup I love trying new cleansers, especially balm type products which I use as the the step in my two part cleanse in the evening. This balm is a really thick emollient type cleanser and really waxy. When I first scooped some out I didn’t like the feel at all, but when I applied it to my face it felt really really awful. It didn’t feel at all like it was melting makeup off, more like it wash pushing the makeup and daily pollutants into my skin. It actually felt like rubbing a mixture of lard and wax into my face. I have quite a few Rodial products that I really love as they are so effective but this has gone in the bin. I can’t remember the last time I actually threw a full product in the bin unless it had gone off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great for me I have been using this product for a couple of years and it works really well for me. I have dry skin and mild acne and I find this helps soothe my skin. I use it as a night cream 3-4 times a week and my skin feels great in the morning. It’s very rich so may not need to be used as frequently for those with oily skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for dehydrated or dry skin This is one of my go to products when my skin needs a pick me up, and I use it as a cleanser in the evening only as it's quite rich. I tend to use it as a moisture mask in the bath as it is light and leaves the skin hydrated and soft more often. I like the smell of the rosehip which for me is calming, and it also has shea butter in it which is why it feels quite rich. It's really concentrated so you don't need to use much as it spreads easily too.
