Description

Fight back against the signs of ageing with Algenist Splash Hydration Sleep Pack overnight mask to create that radiant, supple appearance of youth.

Formulated with red microalgae, polysaccharides, and skin-energising electrolytes, this algalyte complex, in combination with alguronic acid, works as an overnight mask that helps to balance hydration levels in the skin - the signs of ageing are reduced, which includes wrinkles and fine lines. By morning, skin should appear brighter, and feel soft and smooth.

To use, wash the face and neck as part of a nightly regimen and then apply the mask to the face and neck. Let the mask sit for between seven and ten minutes before going to sleep, and then rinse off in the morning.

This mask can be used on all skin types.

Rated 3 out of 5 by CharliRose92 from Hydrating mask, bit drying I bought this a couple of months ago looking for a slightly fancy hydrating mask. This definitely hydrates the skin and is very cooling, so is good after sunny/warm days. However, I find that the hyaluronic acid content in the mask can be a little stingy if my skin is feeling sensitised. Probably nicer for mature skin that may be experiencing hot flashes!

The texture is 'bouncy' and it feels great on the skin, its sets to a comfortable, non-irritating finish...cleanse in the morning to reveal plump and hydrated skin. Voila!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kmt from Hydrating mask Similar to other overnight masks, this provides extra hydration and in the morning skin feels more plumped and moisturised. Nice boost for skin, especially in winter, I find it works better though if you apply a night oil underneath, seems to seal in the oil and make it work even better.

It's full of ingredients to keep your skin youthful, glowing, smooth, hydrated and taut. I pile this on thick at bedtime and just let it all sink in. I would give this five stars because it works, but there's a very strong scent of alcohol and it also stings my skin for the first 30 seconds. I never see any signs of skin irritatation. I just know that the alcohol can't be good for the skin, but I just try to weight the risks and benefits. This brand should replace alcohol with something else. It's slowly being done by some companies.

He has lovely skin anyway, no pores, no oily areas ar dry patches but he does get dehydrated when in the sun and swimming. He really hates anything greasy or that feels heavy on his skin. He really liked this a lot, he said it felt light and fresh on his skin and I can definitely attest to the fact that his skin looked lovely after using this.
