How to Apply
A well-cared for Diptyque 190g candle will burn for up to 60 hours. Your candle will burn clean and evenly down to the bottom of the glass if you burn it for at least two hours the first time - or until the whole top is liquid with wax. After blowing out your candle, centre and straighten the wick. Trim the wick to about half a centimetre long before relighting the candle. By shortening the wick you allow it to burn more slowly and avoid unsightly black smoke marks around the edge of the glass. Do not place the candle in a wind draught or directly on a glass or marble surface. Never leave a lit candle unattended. Never move or tip a lit candle. Keep out of reach of children.

It has a lovely subtle aroma that manages to fill a room beautifully. This is a luxurious treat that is perfect as a Christmas gift to somebody special or yourself!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Whats Not To LOVE! I am a huge candle junkie. I just love them! I have never really understood the fuss with Diptyque candles. Some of them although hugely popular with a lot of people have never really smelt of much to me. That said the ones I have tried have been quite small either 35 or 70g sizes so maybe the larger ones give a bigger fragrance throw. A couple of years ago I received a Pomander candle in an advent calendar & didn't burn it as thought I would save it for a special occasion. I'd completely forgotten about it & found it just before Christmas at the back of a cupboard. As soon as I unwrapped the cellophane from the box I could smell the most glorious smell. I lit it straight away. It was the smallest one 35g but it gave the most amazing throw of fragrance in a very large room. As soon as it was finished I purchased the larger one from Space NK & have been continuing to enjoy it. Even the empty box smells lush. Cloves, cinnamon & citrus the perfect Christmas candle. This will be my xmas treat from now on. Absolutely love it x

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WINTER FRAGRANCE PERFECTION All the diptique candles are beautiful; they burn a long time, rarely smoke, use natural beeswax and have fragrances that you can actually smell. This fragrance is a lovely; a cosy smell of winter spices such as cinnamon and cloves. This is the perfect winter / Christmas fragrance.

Absolutely love it. Makes my home smell wonderfully welcoming. The candle itself burns evenly and slowly which means I get to enjoy it for longer than other makes.

This is my go to candle for the winter months, it fills the room with a feel good scent it just reminds me of Christmas, the aroma lasts even when blown out, some candles from the Diptyque range have a delicatness about them not this one it really does emit a powerful fragrance which is great in bigger rooms.
