Shocking!
I recently had a sample of this perfume that I didn't even know it exists. I have Bal d'Afrique from this brand and it's one of my favourite perfumes so I suspected this one couldn't disappoint. But after try it I am so shock that I don't even know how to describe it. This smells like nothing else I had smelled before, I just noticed this from the first time I used it. It is so intense that I just need to spray twice so I am being able to use the sample several times and it's not even half way through. It's so unique that you cannot be indifferent to anyone around to you.

The staying power of this fragrance is what really blew my mind... it's got a really punchy price point considering the fact that it is 50ml but my goodness, I woke up the following morning and could still smell it as if it had been on for an hour - I was heart broken to shower and lose it! A delicious warm, oud scent with the gourmand from the plum - it is a really sumptuous fragrance. Warning - do NOT spray on clothing, especially white or light colours, it is worth spraying this and letting it dry for a few minutes before getting dressed - the fragrance will last on the skin beautifully.

Packs a punch, so much scent just after one spray, takes over a room sometimes but I love that! Really powerful oud-y scent that lingers, if you like oud you'll love this. A bit obvious but I did make the mistake of spraying this on white clothinng and it took some effort to get the colour out, so just be careful.

Delicious
Another great addition to the cult classic and favourite Byredo. The night veils rouge chai tuque is delicious to describe at the very least! The ours is not overpowering and has great staying power. The scent is just divine! It is worth the hefty price tag and I recommend this one!

I was waiting for a true gourmand from this brand since forever! Byredo usually goes towards fresh opening scents, unconventional uni fragrances. This one is definitely leaning feminine and is a syrupy bomb! Plum isn't for everyone, so I'd say it's not a safe blind buy. It's leaning heavy and autumn-winter appropriate. Lasts over 24h on clothing and all day on skin. Beautiful!
