For best results when hiding roots:
• Apply to dry, styled hair
• Load up the small end of the brush with a generous amount of powder
• Pull hair flat/taut against the head
• Press brush down firmly onto roots, using a dabbing motion
• Do not sweep brush along hair
• Let set for a minute or two without touching it. Then dust off excess powder if necessary using the bigger end of the brush
• To retouch and extend highlights, use the side edge of the small brush, following the same technique as above

Wonderful stuff!
For us girls of a certain age (ahem) whose hair may be thinning a tad or have a few extra unwanted ‘highlights’ from Mother Nature, this root cover up is an absolute godsend. It’s very easy to apply and doesn’t leave any residue or fallout as cheaper products might do. It stays where you’ve placed it and blends beautifully. The colour is a tad darker than you’d expect so if you’re in two minds re colour I’d take the lighter one. Makes hair appear thicker Love it, 5*

I am sure this product works well for covering grey with a darker colour but I wanted to blend in my highlights between appointments. It does not do a good job for this sadly. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is! Shame.as I really hoped it would do the trick. Returned for a refund.

Great for a quick fix
I love this product and always use it during the two weeks before a root tint. It covers grey well and this shade blends perfectly with my ‘natural’ colour. It lasts until the next wash and doesn’t transfer to clothes or pillows. I wouldn’t be without it.

Lightly covers
This is a great product if you have grey hair and you need to cover them before the next session to the hairdresser. It is not a magic, just lightly covers, you can wash out , but it is perfect to hide the grey hair. If you choose the right shade it is quite undetectable.

Recommend going in store to try
I recently bought Colour Wow root cover in my local store. I wanted to cover my grey in between salon appointments. The lady in store was so helpful and let me try the product so I could choose the right colour. It’s easy to use. I would recommend going in store to try it first if you can as I think it’s quite expensive to purchase if it’s not going to work for you.
