Smoothing
This was nice to use and I think there was a slight smoothing effect but I probably need to use for longer to see any better effects. Others have had good results and this is highly rated so I'm sure it is worth a try for anyone. This has been recommended by people in the beauty industry

Exciting new treatment
I’ve just bought this because I saw so many online recommendations. You use it after shampoo and conditioner and style it after. I’m also using K18 (for a year now) and I’m trying to see a difference in my hair after both treatments. For now the K18 days give my hair more softness and shine however it’s early days on this living proof one. I do like that I can just use it after a full shower routine including Condtioner. Makes my hair soft too.

Worth the hype
A little goes a long way with this treatment. I have untreated/ uncoloured 2C hair with frizz. A small amount of this treatment pre blow dry leaves my hair feeling lush, healthy and strong. You really don't need much and it's fantastic value for how many uses you get out of it. As always with living proof, a great scent without being overpowering.

Give it time.
Initially, I wasn't incredibly impressed by Bond Complex, although after 2-3 washes, I've noticed I apply oil less frequently (previously I was having to reach for this 4x/day in summer due to bleached hair) and my hair looks visually healthier/stronger. I'll continue using it to test long-term results, as other reviews have noted. Super impressed!

The Girlies aren’t Lying
I was pretty hesitant to try this as I’m a dedicated Olaplex no3 girlie and also, was unsure on how this would keep my 4b hair moisturised. Turns out this stuff is amazing!! I don’t always use heat so I leave in for 30mins before following up with my styling products. My hair stays moisturised far longer with this than without and my ends are looking far better. Overall my hair is looking a bit fuller too! I will say I do still use Olaplex no3 as my pre poo, shampoo
