Ok shampoo
I received a sample of this shampoo with an order. Seems an ok shampoo but have not used it long enough to say if it does anything against hair fall. It is not on the cheap side so probably won't get full size.

Drying
I received this as a sample and was keen to try it out. I found that my hair, which has a few highlights felt very dry after rinsing and it was tangled up. It was disappointing given the quality of the skin care range but overall this shampoo seems popular given the ratings.

It's so-so
Received as a sample in my last order and finally got around to using it. I was a bit let down as it didn't really 'froth up' as much as I would have liked and it was also scent-free (which to some may be a plus point) so I was not a fan of that. In terms of its function as a shampoo, it was alright and my hair felt cleaner ie less greasier but I don't think I would buy this as a product.

A bit expensive
I received a sample of the shampoo and conditioner with a recent order. I managed to get 2 uses out of the sachet as I have short hair. There is no scent which is disappointing as I like a scent to feel the experience. It washed well and gave my hair felt more volume but it didn't feel luxurious and is very over priced

This product is not for everyone.
I purchased this shampoo and immediately saw great results… for about 3 weeks. Then my hair became brittle and dry. I purchased the Hydrate Conditioner to help, but unfortunately it did not. I had purchased another bottle of the shampoo with a coupon code during those first weeks and was disappointed to learn that my unopened product could not be returned or exchanged.
