Not convinced
I got this as a sample with a purchase and the size of the pack got me surprised. The pack actually looked luxurious and had high expectations with it. However, I did not see anything in particular that convinced me. Actually, my hair looked greasier than usual after its use. Really impressed with the smell as it was as something I had never smell before. Although not my favourite, I didn´t find it unpleasant either. In terms of how the product performed, I wouldn’t say it is a bad product but it just didn´t work for me.

Killer curls
I recently received a generous size sample of this product and wow! I love it! I have shoulder length curly hair that gets frizzy quickly. When I used this conditioner my hair instantly felt nourished (which is hard to do with my hair). My curls were beautifully defined and extra bouncy. I am astounded by how much this transformed my curls. I will definitely by purchasing full size.

At last my waves are tamed!
I received a large sample sachet of this and tried it yesterday- wow, I’m impressed! I have fine but thick wavy hair which looked frizzy and lifeless due to perimenopause. Not any more - shiny, soft hair and the curls are still bouncy even the next day. Smells lovely and I’m definitely buying the full sized version.

Not a fan
Got this as a sample a while ago and was honestly not impressed. The first thing that hit me was this quite overpowering herbal smell which I really didn’t like. In terms of how the product performed, I wouldn’t say it was too bad but I wouldn’t buy the full size as I think there’s plenty of other more affordable options out there

Softening
I selected this as my birthday gift for ndulge members. I wasn’t expected much and only picked it because the item I wanted was no longer available. I was pleasantly surprised. Every few washes I use K18 leave in treatment but you have to use it in lieu of conditioner and it always seems like my hair isn’t getting enough moisture since my hair really benefits from conditioner. This cleansed and conditioned my hair and after blowing out my hair with the K18 treatment it was incredibly soft.
