- Shampoo and condition Rinse, and squeeze out excess water.
- Section hair into 2 inch sections.
- Apply a pea size amount to each section from the mid lengths and ends.

Ouai hair gloss
Loved how this product made my hair feel and looked. I’ve tried multiple products to try and give my hair a shine as my hair is bleached, this product is the best so far! Reasonable price too, will be buying again. Ouai has become a favourite brand of mine and will highly recommend to anyone. Can’t wait to try the shampoo and conditioner next.

SMOOTHED MY FRIZZY HAIR
I have 2B-2C hair (wavy/curly), which normally gets frizzy and has a lot of stray, flyaway hairs. I saw this recommended all over Tiktok and have been using it for a few months now, so I just bought this as my last bottle was finished. I use a small bit for one side of hair at a time, and it has made my hair so shiny and smooth; my hair doesn't feel greasy at all when using this, just hydrated and healthy. I'd recommend people use this on their hair mids and ends, as it is not intended for the scalp. Some people may be using it on the scalp, which is why they feel it is too oily to use

Good but didn't fully smooth
This product did a really good job of smoothing my very curly, fine, flyaway hair. It has to be used with heat, meaning I had to blowdry it in, as well as then straighten as I don't like the style of a blowdry, but it did make my hair incredibly soft and this lasted until my next wash. It also had a great scent! I used it on my Mum who has thicker hair with a kinky wave, this really helped her hair remain smooth and soft, so a bit more successful in that hair type! I would use this again as it helped make my hair manageable when heat styling.

Not for me
No matter how much I tried to make this work, I couldn't get it to work for me. If I applied the amount I thought I needed, it turned my hair into an oil slick. If I applied less, it didn't have any glossy effect at all. Though, it is the first Ouai product I haven't liked, so maybe I'm not following the instructions properly.
