Gorgeous buildable foundation
This foundation really is beautiful. It is buildable, with a natural finish. Has a slight smell which I wasnt expecting, but it works so well with the skin nova primer. Would not hesitate to recommend this! Has lots of skincare ingredients, so it’s good for your skin too!

Perfect match and finish
Wonderful finish on the skin and such a close match with the tone of my skin, everything else sits so nicely over it. Also, amazing help from the team in store at Covent Garden, used lots of products to reapply my make up after wiping off to colour match so ended up with a mini makeover. Thank you

Didn’t agree with my skin
Before I start I have to say I normally really love the Vieve products especially the primer and eyeshadow palettes however something about this didn’t agree with my skin. The balm itself is quite a thick product with a bit of a strange smell. I would say it gives medium coverage and doesn’t sit in fine lines and wrinkles. But a few days after using I had a few red spots which I can only put down to using this . I would also say this is more for the summer rather than winter so suprised it’s been launched now

Good coverage
This is good for covering imperfections but does feel as if you are wearing foundation and does not have an SPF so you have to wear sunscreen too which is a bore. I also found getting the right colour challenging despite the support the Vieve website offered.
