- Shake it up, then massage a few drops into skin using your fingertips. You can also use the Liquid Touch Foundation Brush or damp beauty sponge to blend. For fuller coverage, add a few more drops!
- Where extra coverage is needed, such as on blemishes and under the eyes, dot on Liquid Touch Brightening Concealer and blend.
For best results:
- Prep skin first with your preferred Always an Optimist primer.
- For even longer wear, set with Always an Optimist Soft Radiance Setting Powder.

Incredible
As a girl who used to be a full face of full coverage matte foundation this has transformed my makeup routine. I love a light sheer cover over my skin as I have quite dull skin this brightens my complexion

A firm favourite now
This was one of the first Rare products I tried. I wanted something lightweight which it is but I’m still surprised at the coverage it gives. It’s not quite matte and has a subtle glow finish, which is lovely. It blends really well and works with both powder or liquid / cream products and it has a blurring effect. I’ve marked it as a 4 only because I find it’s not hugely long lasting. I prefer it for work days as opposed to days/nights out, it doesn’t completely fade but it definitely needs a top up towards the end of the day. But I’m being a bit picky there if I’m honest as I really love this product. And I’ve had it for months, and still half a bottle left even though I use it 3-4 times a week.

Incredible multi-use product
This product is a saving grace for me - I’ve been trying to stop using foundation and focus more on moisturising, but this has been perfect for when I need coverage but don’t want to miss out on the moisturiser. The colour match is great, and this will be a constant re buy as long as the formula stays the same.

Good product
I was pleasantly surprised with this moisturiser. I don’t like foundation, I find it too heavy and happened to come across Rare Beauty and this product while looking for a tinted moisturiser. It gives good coverage and matches my skin tone well. I will say that you definitely need face cream and primer underneath it or it can look a bit patchy if you have dry skin
