New formula is like a cheap drugstore serum
This new serum is runny and shows no benefit like the original. This reminds me of an inexpensive drugstore product. Why the change? I’ve used the other for years and literally told friends it was my most essential skincare product I couldn’t be without. Now that I’m without my skin is not as youthful.

New formula disappointing
Used to be a favourite product but new purchase has a new formula (did not know this before purchase, thought I had order wrong product after first pump). More like a cream than previous serum / gel. Not nice to apply and skin does not look as good since the switch. Very disappointing specially considering the price.

Bring back old formula
This has been my favourite facial product for years. I really do not like the new formula and scent. I will not be buying again unless it’s changed back. So disappointing for Elemis
