Apply two to three pumps on to your face, neck, décolleté and eye contour, each morning and night. Gently massaging into skin until it is absorbed.
How to use the Alter-Care Serum refill system:
- Lift the refill out of the bottle
- Hold the neck of the refill, unscrew the cap and put it aside
- Take the pump and screw the refill into it
- Hold the bottle with the STELLA logo facing you, then insert the pump and refill into the bottle with the pump facing you. Ensure it is fully inserted and then screw until you hear a click.
- Keep the cap of the refill if you wish to use it by itself or on the go

Just ok
Had this as a sample in an order. The texture is nice and the next day my skin looked lovely. But the smell is so overpowering in this serum! Which is nice if you like the smell, but I'd imagine not everyone does! Pretty pricey as well so probably wouldn't recommend.

Highly recommended for lovely smooth-looking skin!
Received samples of this with my last 2 orders, and am loving using this serum. It's light and weightless, sinks into the skin without leaving any greasiness or residue, and my skin definitely feels and looks much softer and poreless in the morning after using the serum at night. Downside is the price of the full size version, but I may have to bite the bullet and go for it anyway. When one is 70 years old one needs all the help one can yet!

This would have been great ...but hydrogenated vegetable oil in ingredients...was that necessary? Hmm ..love gluconoate , oily skin type here with hormonal acne ..so I want an oil free serum for hydrating and repairing, also thiss price point? Hmmm not really worthy ,my opinion

Beautiful
I have been so impressed with this range. I’m not sure the serum wows me as much as the cleanser and cream but it’s still so beautiful. It’s lightweight and really hydrating and plumping. It leaves my skin so smooth and soft and I can see fine lines diminishing. You need to try this!

Nice Serum - Too High a Price Point for Me
I received a sample of this with my Space NK order recently, and the tiny tiny tube has lasted me over 2 weeks already! However, for the price point of the full size I would not buy this product though it has been a treat to trial. I found this serum to be gentle and intensely hydrating on problem areas (such as dermatitis) even though it has a fragrance. It's got a milky sort of texture and appearance on application that melts into the skin, and I can honestly say that a little goes a long way if a sample pot has lasted me 2 weeks with twice daily useage (of roughly a pea-sized amount). However, I feel that there are other products out there that can have similar benefits for much less cost, and though I like this I would be unlikely to purchase this due to the price point as it's not very accessible.
