To activate, Flip the bottle upside down, remove the bottom cap and set aside. Open pouch, twist the retinol capsule onto the bottom of the bottle then push the button down on the capsule to release pure retinol powder. Shake vigorously to fully mix into the serum and remove and discard capsule, replace with original bottom cap.
To apply, Apply once a day, use at night Press down on black button 2-3 times for a pea sized drop Gently apply over clean, dry skin Complete your night time skincare routine with our anti-aging cream for optimal youth-boosting benefits. Prefer the daily micro dose serum
I've used sample sachets for a week, having finished a full bottle of Kiehl's Daily Micro Dose. I've been told that this one is double the strength, and I did get a little tingling after using it for 3 days. I haven't really seen a dramatic difference between this and Micro Dose, but this one is more runny in texture and also feels a bit grainy, which felt a little bit rough on my skin when applying. I think I will stick to Micro Dose as I enjoyed how it glided on my skin smoothly.

Another Overpriced "Retinol" Product
This is another totally overpriced "retinol" product, way too gentle for my mature skin - saw absolutely no difference in my skin, no lightening of dark spots or a reduction in fine lines, total waste of money. Either see a derm for proper retinol (at a fraction of the price) or look at Medik8, different strengths and far superior in my opinion.

KIEHL'S RETINOL NIGHT SERUM
I found the initial mixing of the product slightly challenging but managed in the end. I like the product overall. It has nice texture, fun packaging and does not irritate me at all. It goes quite quickly, i m in the middle of the bottle quite soon. I can se some slight brightening and evening of the texture on my skin, overall i recommend

Absolutely terrible
Very disappointed, I bought this product a few days ago. Only used twice, on my second time, my face felt painful and red marks come out. I quickly washed face and put cool pad on. I have been using Kielh products for over 10years. Had no problems ever. This product says all types of skin and I am not sensitive skin either. Be careful before buy, you will not hope waste lot of money on this product that you can't use. I hope Kielh give sample to the loyalty customer for new product so no waste on the money like me. Hope Kielh give refund.

Great
I bought this serum and I could not get the result, I do not know how it works on other facial skins, but for me it works, I only use it for 1.5 months and I see an improvement, the skin is clearer and uniform in color, moisturized and smoothed and I am happy and recommend it, you must be patient and don't expect a big effect after a few weeks, I recommend it
