Must try lip primer!
I tried the Anastsia Beverly Hill lip primer and was blown away by it. It's a featherly light lip balm that doesnt feel sticky at all, rather it's moiturizing. This lip balm provides the perfect canvas for the next product. A must try for anyone looking for a moisturizing lip primer and to avoid "bleeding" lips.

Slightly drying
As an actual primer this works relatively well. It goes on smoothly and keep my lipsticks in place most days. The only thing I didn’t like was the slight drying sensation. I realise a primer has to not be too moisturised or it won’t hold surface product - but I didn’t like how my lips felt afterwards. Don’t think I’d recommend for anyone who has dry lips already.

Turns out Anastasia are vegan and cruelty free
LIP PRIMER I recently went into the Kings Road store for vegan/cruelty free clear lip primer or transparent lip liner. This was the only one in store. However the assistant didn’t know this Lip Primer was cruelty free - she was absolutely lovely and gave me some good advice on how to pick up something cruelty free locally. So I went away empty handed (and disappointed!) on this shopping trip. Anyhow… good news; I have since discovering it is actually vegan and cruelty free I bought if (from a different company sadly) and look forward to trying more Anastasia products
