Bought it and loved but cannot take through airport security via hand luggage. Some chemical in it that they do not like and had to throw away a full bottle

Too oily for my skin and caused spots
I tried a sample of this serum. I'm not a fan of oil based serums, but the reviews were so positive, I thought I'd give it a go. It feels very light, and absorbs easily. Smells lovely too. Unfortunately my skin reacted within a couple of days, becoming bumpy and uneven. I've also broke out in a couple of spots. The instructions did not say how much to use, but I used sparingly, so it must just be my skin. I'll stick with my Tatcha serum.

Nothing remarkable and not cruelty-free
The Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Oil-infused Serum 20ml was included in a Space NK GWP. I finished the product but was not impressed. First off, the oily consistency meant that I had to apply all my other water-based serums first, which was inconvenient, as I like to use a hydrating serum between my vitamin C and AHA/retinol. Second, this serum smell not of roses (which is another scent I am not particularly fond of) but, instead, of the unpleasant off-keel cucumber scent typical of many other Fresh prooducts. The serum itself was of thin consistency and absorbed relatively quickly, but the watery liquid made the serum difficult to apply without dropping it everywhere. I cannot say that I noticed any remarkable hydrating effects from this serum - perhaps its best feature is that the oil in the serum helps prevent transepidermal water loss? Moreover, Fresh is not a cruelty-free brand, which unequivocally deters me from investing in the brand.

Worth it!
This stuff is beautiful! So lightweight but so hydrating with just the mildest touch of scent. The topper works great at getting the right amount out every time. I feel beautiful using it, and my skin looks beautiful.
