Using squalane and other lipophilic esters with gentle moisturising qualities, this cleanser works to dissolve makeup and impurities and also increases the spreadability of the product on the skin. Its texture-changing properties allow emulsifying sucrose esters to blend and trap dissolved facial impurities when using water to rinse.
This gentle formula has been specifically created for daily use. As it avoids over-drying the skin, The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser is suitable for all skin types.

Dispense product into hands. Rub together to warm the product, allowing it to melt into an oil. Massage well onto dry face and rinse with warm water.

Great oil based cleanser
I got recommended this and I love it. I use it both as a first step cleanser after wearing makeup, and also just on its own. I don’t find it drying or tightening on the skin, nor too oily for me like other people have. I haven’t had any breakouts either. For the price point especially, it’s a great cleanser!

Only cleanser I have ever repurchased
Normally after finishing a cleanser I move on. That is, until I found this. Cleans my skin, doesn’t irritate, and great price point. Would totally recommend this cleanser. Even when my skin is a bit sensitive this doesn’t irritate it. A great product.

Love it
My first oil cleanser and I think it’s really good value for money. On my second one now and will be repeat purchasing.I thinks it’s reduced the look of the pores on my nose a lot. Love that it comes in travel size too, will be handy for going on holiday!!

lovely cleanser
You cannot complain with this price. It melts easily into the skin and removes the makeup well. I use it twice to make sure my skin is completely clean. This works well for sensitive skin. My skin does not feel dry after using this. I love it! I use it in the morning too, sometimes.

Tube was practically empty.
Seems a good cleanser, but can’t say for sure as only got a few uses out of it. The tube was pretty much empty when it arrived even though it was sealed. I wouldn’t buy again for this reason unfortunately. I was really disappointed as I have used other ordinary products before and really liked them.
