To apply setting powder:
- Tap loose powder into the lid.
- Swirl the Always an Optimist Powder Brush into the loose powder and tap off any excess.

Lovely soft fluffy brush
I really like this brush, it's nice and soft and fluffy and the perfect size to use for finishing and setting powders all over and in targeted areas like under the eyes. Also washes really well and easily. Would definitely recommend Rare beauty brushes
