Bedtimes are better
Having had a month or more of restless nights I decided to try something different . I read the reviews and added this roller to my order .It is true a little role of this relaxing blend of oils on each wrist and a sound night's sleep is guaranteed . The aroma is subtle and earthy a few deep breaths and your journey to relaxation and sleep begins. I feel refreshed and truly relaxed . This little roller is truly my new sleeping partner .

Deep Relax Roller Ball
I love these roller balls and like to keep one next to my bed to use on my palms before bed. I find it helps me to relax, and feel more calm before sleep. I put a little on my wrists then take a moment to breathe in, you only need a little bit as the scent payoff is excellent and it’s so far lasted a long time. Highly recommended!

I received this a couple of weeks ago and I was very surprised. I have used many roller balls like this and this was very effective. I just applied a bit to my neck before going to bed and it helps to relax and so I fell asleep faster than I usually would.

This is brilliant. I apply a little to my neck before bedtime and it really soothes and relaxes me. Absolutely no skin irritation whatsoever, and the roller ball applies just the right amount, so you only use a little at a time. Highly recommended as part of your bedtime routing.
