It works
This oil does work in de-stressing my mind after a hard and stressful day at work. Not sure if it does de-stress my muscles as I don’t use it in the bath, just in the shower as an aroma oil. The scent isn’t my favourite of the relax/ de-stress oils that Aromatherapy Associates sell.

Great shower oils
My first encounter with this brand was long ago, and since then managed to try quite a few products from their shower oils range; they all smell amazing, and have a luxurious feeling, like you've been to a spa. You need a small amount so a bottle lasts me a while since I use it occasionally, and I noticed that the oils certainly make me feel more relaxed after a long day or a harder workout at the gym. Must try!

Shower oil
A great smelling oil. Used in the shower, it probably wouldn’t be my go to as it doesn’t lather and is very oily. However it smells great and does linger on the skin - if I was a bath person, it would be a lovely addition. It was also hard to control the amount I used as it poured out of the bottle, but it was a sample size.

Oh my goodness it’s just the best - what more can I say. I use the De-stress Muscle bath and shower oil, also the body oil. It is absolutely divine. A luxury that I cannot be without. I am sure every oil in the range is beautiful - try them all!

I got this bath oil in one of the free gift with purchase promotions and the size was quite small, I only got one decent use out of it. The scent is gorgeous and strong and stays on the skin afterwards which is so comforting when going to bed. It does make the bath quite slippery so be careful!
