Formulated with papaya enzyme, this deodorant work to gently exfoliate dead skin cells. It also contains coconut oil to soften, condition and moisturise the skin while providing antimicrobial protection. Tapioca starch helps to keep the underarms feeling dry, while Brazilian bacuri butter and mango seed butter soothe the skin.
Suitable for all skin types, Sol de Janeiro Rio Deo Cheirosa 40 does not leave behind any white residue or oily stains on clothing. This bath and body product does not contain any aluminium or baking soda.

Smells so lovely
This smells lovely, not as strong as the body cream which I am in love with, but has a delicate fragrance. I really like the SJD deodorants and have tried a few. I did have a slight issue with this particular one but Space NK, as always with their outstanding customer service, sorted out the issue for me.

Works well and smells fabulous!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a variety of “free of” deodorants, and this one is by far the best. It does not irritate my skin and unlike many other “free of” deodorants I’ve used, I do not have to reapply throughout the day. The scent is pleasant and not overwhelming. Please note I live in Central Texas so any deodorant I use is put to the test nine months (or more) of the year ;-) I also appreciate that I can purchase refills.
