I often come home after a day in the mountains, have a bath then use this, particularly on my leg and butt muscles. The smell is absolutely glorious. It makes your muscles tingle a little and cools them down briefly but it definitely stops them stiffening up afterwards. It’s also great on tired, hot legs after a day's sightseeing on a city break. I love it.

It's very soothing on application, and you only need a little: it spreads very easily without dragging the skin at all. It's got a kind of lavender-herbal smell, which is very relaxing, and feels very pleasant to use. I find it doesn't have much impact on muscles that are sore, but it's very effective on those that are tired.
