While I’m not convinced that it is quite as good as the various specialist pillow sprays you can get in terms of assisting sleep, it is a lovely room spray which is not overpowering at all and which has a chilled out and calming effect.

The smell has elements of calm and energetic notes which personally I do not find appealing. it’s quite a strange mixture. It’s not awful but it’s not great either.

It is meant to aid relaxation and sleep, although not sure if that really is the case, but it smells lovely and lasts well, so it is good value for money. It was lovely to receive as a present. Recommended.

I have used it over the hot bank holiday weekend to test it out and absolutely love it. Amazing smell, cooling, calming and good value, plus the bottle looks nice on the side :)

I use it in advance of any situation that may cause me to get a little nervous and I know that as well as calming me I smell great. I also use it to spray in the air near my kids if I know that they are getting anxious or stressed/angry or even before bed. It’s a great little product. And breathe.... aahhhhhhhh
