The fragrance is a perfect blend of sensual sandalwood, rugged and rustic leather and suede amber. The candle is handmade using natural wax. Other ingredients include beeswax, vegetable wax and soy wax. The wick is made from cotton and can burn for up to 60-hours. The soy wax ensures that the candle burns evenly and smoothly.

sadly I hated this
Well we bought this for an autumn treat, but while my partner quite liked it I hate it. I smelled OK, if not exactly nice cold, but when lit - phew. To me, it smells just like furniture polish, and not in a good way or a leather way. Just nasty (to me) I'm afriad. This is why it is better to smell in store if you can.

Super scent
I recently treated myself to a few new candles for around the house and this was one of my favourites. I often buy skincare from this brand but tend to opt for different brands in candles. Glad I tried it. The scent is woody and intense by not overpowering. It reminds me slightly of the smell of new car interiors! It burns evenly and cleanly with very little black smoke when extinguished. Best to use candle snuffer anyway.

This candle is absolutely one of the best on the market if you are looking for something smoky, warm, enveloping and sensual. It has a strong throw even when unlit and burns evenly and cleanly. Perfect for creating a warm cosy but sophisticated and elevated ambiance for cooler darker nights.

Decadent and luxurious
I love this candle. It burns so cleanly and evenly and the smell fills the entire room without being overpowering. If you like Diptyque Feu du Bois you'll love this and it's actually far better value as the candle is larger and doesn't turn all smoky as it reaches the bottom. Expensive but you pay for what you get and I absolutely love it

Gorgeous candle
I absolutely love this candle. It burns really cleanly and evenly and the aroma is powerful without being overpowering. Leathery and woody and overall warming and just gorgeous. Lasts a long time too and overall it represents very good value for money
