Meh, they could have called this anything
Please remember that fragrance is very personal and depends on skin chemistry and olofactory sensitivities, so my review is no criticism of anyone who loves this. I got an 8ml deluxe and was sadly disappointed. It started with a little fruit combined with a mixed floral accord. Raspberry and violet? - if you say so. As it opened up there was a harsh aromachemical which could be the cedar accord or perhaps the raspberry, but could just as easily be iso Super E or Ambroxan as there is far too much of it and it masked the rest. As for iris and vanilla - no sign at all. Overall then I get a somewhat acrid fruity floral, and this is how it stayed with little or no development, just a very slight softening after a couple of hours and a whiff of what might be cedar as some of the acrid note reduced. I tried a spray on fabric to see if we could use it as a bathroom fragrance, but that was even worse as the floral element was completely overwhelmed by the persistent acrid synthetic note which persisted for hours. If you like the sound of the inspiration for this, try Malle Lipstick Rose which does the concept far better. This was my first fragrance from this brand and I hope it is not typical of their offer.

Classy
I’m still debating whether or not I like the strong ambrox note of this perfume range but this one certainly makes me feel classy. It really does remind me of lipstick and a great option for anyone looking for a lipstick inspired perfume. It’s a very confident scent reminiscent of a bold and wealthy woman
