something wrong with it
i feel like there is something wrong with it and i got an expired product or something? it just doesn't come off quite right. but glancing at the other reviews it might be a formulation issue. my hair did not feel any hydrated at all and it is super expensive so unless this also does my taxes, stay away.

This is the first time that I give a product one star ever! Have to agree with a lot of the reviews here - the texture of the conditioner is just horrible. It is separated into water and solid bits. It does not look like they have got the formula right. Absolutely no clue how this could be sold at such a price. Please avoid.

The worst conditioner I have ever used. It had separated into a solid and water. It happen with me first tie. maybe 1/3 of it was just water and I saw it in my hands. Then the rest in bottle is very solid and it melted in hands. I used in on my hair - and it's not hydrated my hair. Its not good formula and I think SpaceNK should check this conditioner - because I read here in reviews same happened not only with me I don't recommended it

Used the conditioner along with the Balancing Shampoo. Unfortunately for my dry and frizzy hair with highlights, this combo turned out to be very weak. I didn’t notice bright moisturizing, soft, a little shiny, a little obedient when laying. Perhaps for healthier hair there will be a good effect.

Must use together with shampoo
I was using this conditioner together with shampoo and it conditions hair deeply and leaves hair easy to brush, smooth and hydrating. It’s easy to apply and it washes off well and fast. It smells nice and mild, not overpowering, leaves hair fresh and smelling nice. Condition is important to use together with shampoo. I will recommend.
