A no from me
I was really hopeful about using the Quai Thick Hair Conditioner, especially after hearing so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the consistency of the conditioner felt quite thick, which usually indicates a deeply moisturizing product. However, after rinsing it out, I was left with hair that felt surprisingly dry and brittle. I expected some added hydration and softness, but instead, my hair ended up feeling rough and unmanageable. Additionally, I noticed that despite leaving the conditioner in for the recommended amount of time, it didn’t seem to penetrate my hair at all. It felt like it just sat on top, providing no real nourishment. I tried using it multiple times, adjusting the amount I used, but the results remained the same. Given its price point, I had hoped for a lot more. I won’t be repurchasing this product, as I believe there are far better options out there that actually deliver on their promises. If you have thick hair like mine, I’d suggest exploring other conditioning options that provide genuine moisture and softness.

Leaves sticky residue
I have really thick hair so I thought this would be ideal. The shampoo of this is great and love it but I found that this conditioner leaves a sticky residue that you can feel when you dry your hair. I rinse for ages as I have to with thick hair but it’s still sticky and I can’t put my fingers through the ends without it snagging. Disappointed! It makes my hair soft but I just can’t with that feeling.

i bought this hair conditioner a while back and it gives you the most silkiest and smoothest hair ever. it easily detangles your hair without any struggle and smells absolutely amazing. u dont need to use that much as the product is thick. would highly recommend if your hair gets tangled easily.

Detangled my holiday hair
I had a few samples of this and so decided to take for my holiday hair conditioner. This product did a good job at taming and tangling my hair after time in then swimming pool which often leaves it unruly and hard to get a comb through! The product smells nice enough and I enjoyed using.

Soft and shiny hair
I received samples of both the fine and thick shampoo and conditioner with a recent order and this was my favorite of them all. You only need the smallest amount for bob length hair. My hair was soft and shiny and did not fluff up after drying and was left smelling amazing which all Ouai products do. I just can't get past the price. I no the bottles are a generous 3090mls but it means to buy the shampoo and conditioner together you're talking al ost £60. I'd rather spend money on leave on treatments rather than wash off.
