This product will not come out of the bottle. The pipette does NOT work and I had to discard it. I have to get the product out of the bottle by putting a knitting needle into it and apply the primer by wiping the needle on my face. So unhappy with this product.

I spoke too soon
Having said how in love I was with this just two days ago when I opened it, I am now massively disappointed. As many others have said the pipette is literally unusable and you can’t get the primer out without it going everywhere or wasting loads of it. Space NK said to just squeeze on the way in and out of the bottle. Still very hit and miss and gets clogged and is terrible. Contacted Laura Mercier who basically said they know and can’t do anything except replace with another bottle with the same lid.

Packaging a let down
I bought it in store as I wanted a change to what I had, wish I didn’t bother. The pipette as others have said is rubbish. Admittedly it was like it in the store but you think it’s just a glitch, it does not suck up the product, you have to tip it upside down & bang to get any product out. Then when you close it, the product gets congealed around the top & it isn’t pleasant looking. It is off putting, can’t say much about the product as most of it is wasted. It goes on nice. Definitely will not buy this ever again.

Disappointed
So I’ve finally got round to using this product and extremely disappointed that the pipette is faulty and I cannot get any of the product out of the bottle unfortunately the response to my complaint from customer services at Space NK has been the most disappointing. Note to you all if you buy a product and it’s faulty and over 28 days you won’t get very far.

Nice
I’ve used this a couple of times now and it goes on so smooth and feels really good on the skin. But I do feel like anything I put on top slightly rolls off. Even when just dabbing with a beauty blender, it still rolls up. Thinking I might have to wear it on it’s own. I heard raving reviews about it but it just hasn’t lived up to expectation.
