Summary of Customer Ratings & Reviews
This feels amazing when you first put it on your face, so fresh and cooling But when it sinks in and drys it feels weird and powdery, plus didn’t mix well at all with any of my make up so had a peeling effect after I popped anything on top of it Such a shame as I had high hopes and the initial feeling is ace
Not worth the money.
I go through phases or wearing primers and then skipping them. But I loved the sound if this one but feel it was a waste or money. There are far superior primers that give a great radiance to the skin, sadly this doesn’t do the job and I think it’s a waste of money.

I usually use Becca Backlight primer but this had been recommended and I tried it in store. It’s in a gorgeous little pot and it feels like a cream rather than a primer. Unfortunately it didn’t brighten, hold foundation in place or keep skin matte. I wouldn’t buy this- a pity because there are so many great Stila products.

great but not as a primer
I love the texture of it! Reminds me of all about eyes gel cream, great fast-absorbant, and cooling, calming effect. It's nice as a light illuminator and moisturizer, but it doesn't extend the longevity of your makeup, which I expected. The jar is beautiful.
A primer is a primer...?
Some primers are better than others, this one is “nice” but not sure I would rush to buy it again. It’s a big pot so that might warrant the price point that it is placed in but I think you can get the same results for a cheaper price with another product. I did not feel it gave me anything different to any cheaper primers that I have tried.
