Use sparingly!
I usually apply several coats of mascara because I like the thicker lash look. I learned my lesson quite quickly with this product - it goes far too clumpy and then flakes or gives me a bit of unintentional ‘Smokey eye’ on the lower lid. It was a gift so I tried a different application - single coat, applied slowly along the full length of the lash is the way to do it. Then it works a treat. I get a very natural finish with decent staying power. Don’t know how I feel about a product with quite restricted use, hence the rating.

very good
At first I didn't like the mascara and I used it a couple of times a week over another one. But after 3 months the mascara became thicker and I started to get the effect of false eyelashes. I've been using it for more than half a year and I like it more and more every day. The only thing is, I can't apply it to my lower eyelashes. It crumbles and stains my lower eyelid.

Good, could be better
I like this mascara. For someone with blepharitis, it is quite difficult to find the mascara that does not irritate your eyes. This one works pretty well and I think is better than the Hourglass tubing one which dried out very quickly. It flakes a bit but I found if you use a little bit less, it actually stays on all day and comes off really easily with warm water.

Crunchy
A hard almost crunchy formula that dries out the eyelashes. It does come off with warm water, but not completely. Comes off with tears also. It drops black particles into lower eyelids repeatedly throughout the day. Smudges. Never so disappointed in a product.
