Beautiful
Wow, let me start with the packaging which is beyond lux and quite weighted for a lipstick! The formula is very comfortable and wears well for quite some time. I have a few of these now as I really enjoy them. I cannot deny that the price point is eye watering and I would definitely recommend you wait for a discount event if you are lucky enough to stubble across one(these, along with all Byredo products, are rarely discounted).

Lovely lipstick
I recently purchased this lipstick and was thoroughly impressed by the moisturizing formula—it glides on smoothly and keeps my lips feeling hydrated throughout the day. Amazing staying power
I don’t think I have any other satin lipstick with such an intense pigmented colour pay off and such wonderful staying power. Matte is usually my go to if I want day-long wear from a lipstick but that gets boring after a while. I’m so impressed with this lipstick and now have 4 shades - all of which are absolutely stunning.

Solid Ground
Gorgeous, intensely pigmented lipstick. I got it in solid ground as it’s pricey and I wanted it in a colour I would wear everyday. It’s a beautiful rosy pink, is matte but feels very comfortable on the lips, and lasts well despite me taking sips of water all day. I also absolutely LOVE the packaging. It feels heavy and luxe, and the gold and silver tone along with the design and magnetic cap just makes the price worth it, along with the quality of the lipstick itself. I wish there was a larger selection of pink/nude colours, as that is what I wear the most, and that the colours weren’t generally so warm leaning. The pictures on the models don’t really show what the colours are actually like, so I had to dig online for more accurate swatches or watch reviews on YouTube.

OMG this lipstick is Insane!
First of all, let’s talk about the packaging. You receive a white box in the minimalist Byredo design. This immediately sets it apart from other lipsticks. Then you hold the lipstick itself. It’s so glamorous and opulent - two tone in gold and silver with that expensive magnetic click. It’s also curved and housed in a dust cover again with the Byredo design. Then the lip colour… it’s love love love at first sight. Mad Red is the shade for me. Just wow! It applies smoothly, very rich pigment and while it matte which I don’t usually go for, it doesn’t feel dry or drying on my lips. It’s so luxurious and yet so light. You can apply it once and get that “just kissed” look like a French girl or go for another layer. My lips look plumped and utterly gorgeous. I love red lipsticks and this is now my favourite
