How can I become a member of N.dulge?
It's easy and complimentary to join:

When will I receive my plastic N.dulge Card?
You'll receive your fabulous personalised N.dulge Card in the post 2-4 weeks after you join. Customers who sign up in-store within the Republic of Ireland will receive their N.dulge card upon registration.
Do I have to wait to receive my N.dulge Card in the post before I can earn points?
No, all you need is your unique N.dulge membership number and you can earn points in-store, online and by phone. You'll find your unique membership number on your receipt if you registered in-store, or on your confirmation screen if you registered online.
How do I access my membership details and protect my card against loss/theft?
Once you sign up to N.dulge, your membership is already protected and registered.
Can I earn points on all my purchases?
Yes, on all purchases made in UK stores and online at spacenk.com. Euro N.dulge card holders can earn points on all purchases made within our Republic of Ireland stores.
How many points do I get?
You will collect 1 point for every £1/€1 you spend.
How much would I need to spend to receive a £5 N.centive/reward?
You need to spend £/€100 to receive a £/€5 N.centive. However, if you spend £/€1,000 or more within a 12- month period, you will qualify for N.dulge de luxe membership and receive a £/€10 N.centive for every £/€100 you spend. When you reach 100 points, the £/€5 or £/€10 N.centive will be loaded onto your card within 24 hours.
How can I keep track of how many points/N.centives I've earned?
For GBP N.dulge card holders - Log into your online account, click on the My Account tab, scroll to the N.dulge rewards section where you will be able to view your points and N.centive balance. If this information is not displayed, please enter the 20 digit N.dulge number on the back of the card and click Submit. Euro N.dulge card holders can receive a balance check with a beauty adviser in-store.
Do I have to wait a whole year to be upgraded?
No. As soon as your spending qualifies you for our N.dulge de luxe membership, you will be automatically upgraded. We will confirm this via email. You will then be entitled to enjoy all the benefits this upgrade brings. For example, if you become a member of N.dulge on 1st January 2011 and you spend £/€1,000 by 15th October 2011, you'll be automatically upgraded to our N.dulge de luxe membership and receive all the extra benefits this brings until 15th October 2012. If you spend a further £/€1,000 before 15th October 2012 you will remain an N.dulge de luxe member for a further year.
What happens if I don't spend enough in a year?
If your spending falls below that required for N.dulge de luxe membership, you will then revert to the previous N.dulge tier. However, you will be upgraded again as soon as your spending goes above £/€1,000 within a 12-month period.
If I forget my N.dulge Card, can I get the points added at a later date?
Yes, simply call our dedicated N.dulge customer care line on +44(0)208 740 2086 within 7 days of your purchase and ask for your points to be added. Please ensure you have your receipt and N.dulge Card number to hand.
What if I lose my N.dulge Card?
You should immediately report this by calling our dedicated N.dulge customer care line on +44(0)208 740 2086. We will arrange for a replacement card to be sent to you as soon as possible.
How long do my points last?
If you have collected 100 points or more, your points will be converted into N.centives and loaded onto your card. If you have not reached 100 points, your points will expire after 12 months.
How soon will my points be registered?
In-store, points will be registered on your N.dulge card straight away. Online, points will be awarded to the account 48 hours after order dispatch.
Does my card have an expiry date?
No. However, if inactive for a period of 16 months or more, your card will become invalid and the remaining balance will not be transferable to a new card and cannot be refunded.
What other benefits does N.dulge membership give me?
As well as earning 1 point for every pound/euro spent, you will also receive:
- £5/€5 N.centive reward when you reach 100 points
- A special gift on your birthday.
- Priority access to the Sale.
- Invitations to exclusive events and competitions.
- Special double points weekends.
I have not received my birthday gift?
In the lead up to your birthday, we send an email to members to notify them they have a gift waiting for them. N.dulge members collect their birthday treat in-store, or can add it to any online order, using a promotional code. N.dulge de luxe members are asked to kindly contact our dedicated N.dulge customer service team on +44(0)208 740 2086. If you have not received an email please contact our N.dulge team on +44(0)208 740 2086 who will be able to further assist you.
How do i receive N.dulge points for leaving a review?
Please visit spacenk.com and navigate to the page of a product you would like to leave a review on. Next to the review stars rating, there is a link to write a review. Please select this link and complete as much detailed information as you can. Please ensure the email address that you use is the same one that is linked to your N.dulge account. Then finish by posting your review. You will receive an email asking you to verify the review you have just written and then the review will enter a moderation process before it can be successfully published. You will be notified when the review is published.
When will i receive my N.dulge points for leaving a review?
After you receive communication that your review has been successfully published on spacenk.com, you will receive points to your N.dulge account 2-3 days later. You will receive an email notifying you when this has occurred.
How many points will I receive for leaving a review?
You can receive 10 N.dulge points for every successful review. Space NK may change this from time to time so watch out for any promotions we might run!
What if I haven't received points for leaving a review?
If you haven’t received points for your review then there may have been a problem with your review, or your N.dulge account. If you know your review hasn’t been published, please resubmit for approval. If your review has been published, there could be an issue with awarding the points to your N.dulge account. Please contact our Customer Services Team on firstname.lastname@example.org with details surrounding your review, email address & name and they will be more than happy to rectify the issue.
