I have used a full tub of the Then I Met You Living Cleansing Balm. The effectiveness as a 1st cleanse was so-so and it left an uncomfortable feeling residue onto my face. The smell was also slightly unpleasant. As a first cleanse, I much prefer the Tatcha cleansing oil and the Farmacy Green Clean cleansing balm - they are 100 percent effective, removing everything with ease without leaving residue and smell divine.

Smells divine and yet….
I saw all the reviews online and was interested to try this, have not used anything from the brand before. I purchased the trial size, the packaging design is vibrant and eye catching, the cleanser itself smells absolutely gorgeous, it’s soft easy to apply and rise off but it doesn’t leave my skin feeling overly cleansed. I’ve not used it to remove make up (I can’t use cleaners for mascara) so I can’t comment on that aspect but as a cleanser it has left me underwhelmed.

Love this brand
I really love Korean skincare and Then I Met You is a brand that is right up there for me. I use cleansing balms or oils multiple times a day, but I often find that they can be a bit stingy around the eyes. This one has a nice natural scent but it doesn't hurt my eyes at all, and it melts down into an oil really quickly. Great at taking off makeup and doesn't leave my skin feeling stripped!

Great balm
I think I was influenced into buying this - but luckily it is a great product. As with all of the Then I Met You products, the packaging is great and the product looks great. The texture is super smooth and it melts off make up, and also rinses off vv well. I don't think I would use it instead of my AB cleanser, but it is effective.
