Beautiful
For me this is the best cleansing conditioner on the market! I've tried a lot over the years, oils, balms, cleansing creams, but this is by far the best. The price is quite high for a cleansing balm, BUT it has so many pluses, that I always keep buying it. It is very dense, a small amount is enough to clean the whole face. It is extremely concentrated, it dissolves any traces of makeup, without having to rub the face I don't know how much. The skin remains very calm and hydrated, which I, with hyper-sensitive skin, have not felt with any other cleansing balm. What I mean is that it does more than clean, it actually calms the skin and leaves it clean and hydrated. I would give it ten stars if I could, it's one of my favorite Bader products.

Gentle
I love the fact this doesn’t have a smell (something I never thought I’d see me type) it dissolves beautifully on the skin and there is zero negative effects (I usually know within the first 3 seconds) my skin is left calm and cleansed .. really liked the muslin cloth zero stripping of the skin feels nice .. you feel .. well clean

My favourite balm cleanser
This is my all time favourite balm cleanser. I use this as my first cleanse in the evening, simply massage desired amount into dry skin, then I wet my fingers and emulsify, and remove with a soft cleansing cloth. This cleansing balm is pretty odourless, skin feels lovely and clean afterwards without feeling stripped, beautiful packaging as always with this brand. The only problem is the cleansing cloth included, I don't love these, so I keep them and use them for other things. Not a massive issue as I don't tend to love the included cloths with any cleansing balm

I’ve been using this since it dropped and have never used another cleansing balm, I love AB products. No added perfumes and amazing results

Gentle
I have always been a bit cautious of cleansers and was a bit skeptical about trying this, but I am so pleased I did. It cleans without any drying or tightness and I feel my skin is being nourished and cared for rather than stripped. I didn’t think it was for me l but it would take a lot for me to change to a different product now.
