Game Changer for Super Chapped Lips
This stuff is absolutely amazing. I have no idea why others were complaining about the taste- it's not designed to be eaten and I like that it doesn't have any weird fake flavor. It seems very neutral to me- like petroleum jelly has no flavor. A bit difficult to get out the tube, but that's manageable. I usually use the lip balm from fresh a few times a day, but I reach for this when my lips gets flaky and super chapped (happens a lot to me as a side effect of medicines or indoor HVAC). It really takes care of the problem within an hour. It's even better combined with the exfoliator, but perfectly fine on it's own. Seriously, this ointment is a total game changer for me!

Lovely lip treatment
The Fresh Lip Ointment is a lovely treatment. Exfoliating, moisturising and hydrating. Completely non sticky, sinks in beautifully. Best lip product I’ve tried in ages. I use this every night and will definitely repurchase. Ten out of ten. I used Clinique All About Lips for years and can’t get it any more. This has replaced that product for me. Wouldn’t be without it again. Hope it doesn’t get discontinued!

Chapped my lips
Unfortunately this is not working. I gave it over a week of use and it chaps my lips. I gave it over a week thinking my lips would adjust. I wanted so badly to find an all natural product to take place of petroleum. The search continues.
