I received a deluxe sample of this balm and honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect as Rose is not normally my favourite scent. However the lip balm is amazing! It’s hydratingz, has fantastic texture and leaves my lips feeling great. I wish I could repurchase but just can’t justify the price right now .

It’s just okay
my view of this product is that it’s just okay, it’s not terrible and it’s not great however, I do think that it’s not worth the price, there are far more products on the market which cost less and do a better job. The product is a very thick balm that you applied to your lip, it smells very lovely, which is my favourite part of this product, it is what I would describe as an old-fashioned rose and everybody likes old-fashioned rules as they think it smells like old ladies, I love this smell as it reminds me of my grandma. The product moisturises the lip, it feels goopy on the lip so I tended to apply a very thin layer, and I do like to apply a thick layer so it lasts longer, but you can’t do that with this product. I wouldn’t re-purchase this, however if I was gifted it, I would use it, so for me, it’s just okay.

Lasting comfort
This is hands down one of the best lip care products that I have ever used. It is painfully expensive, which is one of the reasons why I have taken a star away. The other reason is that it is quite strongly fragranced of rose. If you like / don't mind the smell of roses, then this wouldn't be an issue, but do keep that in mind - it might be worth popping into the store to have a little sniff test first. Other than that and if you can afford this - stunning.

Overpriced. Overhyped.
Smells divine but does not moisturise the lips. No matter how much I had put on my lips were still dry. At times it was uncomfortable. It's goes on like lip gloss and takes a while to absorb, just unpleasant. Liked that it was in a glass jar but the lid did not match the quality. I would except more for that price. Will be going back to my trusted lip balm - Dr. Lipp, nipple balm.
