Expensive but worth it
Yes this is expensive, but this is La Mer and a little does go a long way to moisturise, sooth and nourish your lips. This balm has a velvety texture and slight minty taste - as contains Eucalyptus oil - which gives a cooling sensation once applied. The ideal all round balm, perfect for plane travel (when lips get dry) as it slips neatly into your onboard bag. Recommend.

A nice treat or to purchase as a gift for someone else. It is a large price to pay for a lip balm if using it everyday as it doesn't last too long, yet, it is very moisturising. I will repurchase but not for everyday use as it is just too much to pay. I wish they had it as part of a more affordable set so other products could be trialed.

Hydrating and softening
I’ve used plenty of different lip balms but so far this seems to be the best. Laneige lip mask seemed to dry my lips out more than before I used it but with this it’s hydrating and softens the lips and seems to plump them. It some how brought the colour back to them too. It has a delicate minty scent which is pleasant and not distracting. A waxy/balm texture that’s not glossy or has that sheen to it which could interfere when applying a matte lip liner and lipstick.

I will buy again and again. I love this product and have purchased multiple as gifts as it’s such a luxury present to receive. The texture, scent and taste are all lovely. It’s moisturising and lasts a long time. It’s pricey but a really lovely treat and a nice entry product to the world of la mer

Absolutely in love
I love it, I am currently taking medication which severely dries the skin and this is super hydrating. The packaging is luxurious and the balm is thick and luscious, I love the very mild minty fragrance, it doesn't leave your lips feeling "claggy" like other balms that can sometimes almost leave your lips feeling more dry! Only down side is the price, but honestly only need a small amount this will last me a few months at least. My partner is also a convert and absolutely adores this.
